When you travel often you learn quickly what will make getting through a long flight easier. Below is a list of my travel essentials that I bring in my carry-on on almost every flight, learn about what I never travel without!
- Away carry-on – pack light and charge your phone on the go
- Swell bottle – stay hydrated, fill with water once through security at the airport
- Yeti mug and tea bags – most coffee shops will fill with hot water for free
- Noise canceling headphones – crying baby? no big deal.
- Inflatable travel pillow – no head nods and neck pain here
- Comrad compressions socks – keep your feet comfortable on those long flights
- Face mist – keeps your face hydrated
- Chapstick – keeps your lips hydrated
- Hand cream – keeps your skin hydrated
- Lavender essential oil – to relax and hopefully sleep on the plane
- Stasher bags – for snacks and liquids
- Bamboo utensils – skip the plastic utensils
- Sweater – to keep warm
- Scarf – to keep warm and doubles as a pillow or lower back support
- A cotton reusable shopping bag – skip plastic shopping bags, also can act as a beach bag
